This is the first bottle in October. This is Ding's first time drinking at home. The color is yellow🟡 and the aroma is apple-like. It has a fruity but not sweet astringent and pungent taste like Toyo Bijin, and on the second day the sweetness comes out a little and it becomes softer and easier to drink, but the astringent taste comes and the sharpness comes 🍶I honestly did not like it 😅I do not recommend it to those who like sweet taste 😂. According to Wadaya's information, the direction of the sake quality is different from that of regular Ding. It was certainly different from the Ding I drank at a pub before 😁. Maybe it's a sake after fall but it has some brewed alcohol in it to make it easier to drink.
