It has a fruity aroma like white grapes, but with just the right amount of sharpness and umami that goes down the throat.
The label says it all, and I agree, it would be better as a food sake than as a stand-alone sake, as I never get tired of drinking it.
Also, if you drink it at room temperature instead of cold, the mellowness becomes more pronounced, which I prefer.
