Azumatsuru実のり 生酛づくり

I was recommended this Azumatsuru, which had been left to sit for a while after the bottle was opened and had started to bloom around yesterday. I made a rough request for a warmed, acidic, umami type sake.
It's so delicious. Full of rice flavor. It has that flavor of being a traditional sake brewed in a sake brewery.
It was so good hot that I ordered it cold as well.
I prefer it heated because you can really taste the flavor, but it was very tasty cold as well.
