The aroma is also quite strong (like a noble sake?).
As the name "drinking sweets" suggests, it is very sweet! (Is it still a Kijoshu?). It has a caramel-like sweetness!
I bought this because I had drunk Okura Honke's two-stage brewed sake before! I have the impression that they make quite aggressive sake, so I'll be following them in the future.
