Aged sake from Tenju 🍶.
I've never seen it before 👀‼️
It's made from 🌾Menkoina, an edible rice, and brewed with their signature nadeshiko yeast.
The aging process gives it a mellow and gentle taste🎶.
It also has a strong flavor💕.
But it also has a sharpness, due to the positive sake degree.
This will make you eat more 🎶.
Cheese🧀 wrapped in bacon🥓 was also delicious 😋!
