It's almost December, and the last of the autumn sakes is this one, Tasake. I was drinking it in small sips, but it's going to be winter before I know it.
But still, it is very good. I was sipping it while thinking about how to describe the taste, and then, oh no, it was gone. I guess that's what sake is for, to run out while you're still thinking about it.
