Yamazan Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki Gowari Gobu Unfiltered Harajuku The second day, it settles down to the taste that I like more🍀*. It tastes like a straight Yamada, just like the Yamada-Nishiki. It's like "The Yamada straight" lol. Delicious with white grapes and fresh acidity 😋. Rice used : Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture Rice polishing ratio : 55 Sake degree : +1 Acidity: 1.6 Amino acidity: 1.3 Alc : 15%.
