The umami taste is unbelievable. It is delicious, too delicious.
If you drink this sake chilled, you can feel the fresh bubbles and it is open to young people. But above all, it is delicious warmed up!
The acidity and rice flavor are superb. The dashi (Japanese soup stock) flavor is so wonderful that the firefly squid from Toyama is almost lost in the haze. This is a great new favorite brand, Kuroemon XVI.
