This is the second souvenir from my wife's trip to Kyoto!
I bought this sake as I was told by a store seller, but it was good...
I wasn't expecting much since it was a Junmai Daiginjo, but I was surprised at how good it tasted...
I thought it was just a mellow, sweet and refreshing sake...
I thought it would be a mellow, sweet and refreshing sake!
It has a slight aroma, and although it has a sweetness, it also has a firm umami flavor and is delicious with a sake-like feel.
As one would expect from one of the three major sake breweries!
It made me want to visit Nada and Saijo in various ways.
