Fengoku Junmai Ginjo Natsukasumi
A brewery in Aizusaka-machi, Fukushima Prefecture.
Sake rice is "Gohyakumangoku" produced in Aizu.
The sake has a beautiful haze with a slight dryness.
When you finish it, you will see a label with a summer sky.
The label is reminiscent of the end of the rainy season.
We have already had a Junmai Daiginjo version before.
I have had the Junmai Daiginjo version before.
Fresh pear-like aroma,
juicy rice flavor, moderate bitterness
and a soft and elegant aftertaste.
