吉報シモサ
This is a continuation of the local sake meeting [Hekiunkura version].
Here is another Honjozo Tokachi available for purchase. This sake is made at a local livestock breeding university. It is an easy-drinking, refreshing and aromatic sake, not to be underestimated as a university brewery. It has a flavor suited for a mealtime drink. The spiciness of the sake may be a little too much for evening drinking, but it was perfect with the food we served that day.
The first brewing series, which has been kept in the brewery for five years, was very easy to drink as the pungency had been removed. The first pressing series was very easy to drink. The first pressing made a while ago was also very tasty, so I guess it depends on the sake. It was a valuable experience.
