During GW, a family member had an accident and returned to Fukuoka in a hurry.
And then another business trip.

I'm in a hurry to get it all together and post it because my memory is starting to fade.
Surprisingly, this is my first time to try Kikusui!
I saw a cup of Kikusui at a nearby supermarket and reached for it.
According to the "taste chart" on the back of the cup, the aroma, flavor, richness, sharpness, and alcohol content exceeded those of ordinary sake!
I wonder which sake they mean by "common sake" 😅.

The aroma is not fruity, but sweet and alcoholic at the same time...
When you taste it, it has a full-bodied taste similar to that of lactic acid bacteria drinks.
However, there is no sourness, and the rice flavor is strongly felt.
The aftertaste seems to be long and disappears before you know it.
I guess it means it has a sharp taste.
I think it's a pretty tasty cup of sake👍.
