SAMURAIZ
This junmai sake is made from 100% Okunoto rice, Ishikawa-mon.
Since it is a pure sake, the alcohol content is a little high at 18%.
The sweetness of the rice in the mouth... Hmm, Noto classical sweetness? Maybe it is a sweet sauce?
Sourness and bitterness also come out in the aftertaste moderately, but maybe a bit sweet. I lowered the alcohol content with Wilkinson and refreshed it with carbonation.
