The aroma is slightly gentle rice, fruitiness of white rice powder and muscat.
On the palate, there is a round, soft wasanbon sweetness, a slight peach-like flavor, and then a gentle bitterness appears to tighten the whole.
As you swallow, the elegant sweetness rises with a spicy bitterness, and the aftertaste gently fades out.
Overall, the wine is very soft, smooth, and fine, with no stickiness at all.
There's a slight carbonation when you first open the bottle, and it's light!
Delicious chilled, but I'd recommend room temperature for a great balance!
It's also very cosmopolitan, and I think it's a great addition to your regular sake repertoire.
