Fantastic sake. Instantly shot to the top of my favorite sakes. A wonderful nose of sweet fruit with a terrific taste of almonds, caramel and juicy fruits in flavor yet still a good foundation of acidity and slight dryness to cut through food well. Enjoyed with a tray of uni (my favorite food on earth), a small bowl of yakisoba, and two steamed red rock crabs my 9-year old daughter and I caught fresh today near the Golden Gate Bridge. 😁
