(2) Drunken Sen Junmai Daiginjo Hosho
This sake was given to me as a souvenir from a person whom I met in September this year who I love as my father in Iwate.
It is an expensive one in a paulownia box!
I love you, too!
The aroma is full of gentle rice flavor.
I knew it would be the same on the palate!
Sweet and tasty acidity driven by umami!
The bitterness is modest, but it plays its role perfectly and finishes with a crispness...
I can only say that it is as good as it should be.
