あさやん
Today, I found this Tsushima-ya at a liquor store that one of my seniors told me about. It's a little more expensive than the sake I usually buy, probably because it's covered with a gold belt. Now, I'm looking forward to seeing how it tastes😊.
The taste in the mouth is light, with just a hint of sourness. It has a sweetness and a refreshing feeling that goes through the nose, making it very light to drink. The aroma is light and does not interfere with the taste of the food, making it a good aperitif 😊.
I'm not sure what to make of it. It's a great way to start the day.
