This is a hiyaoroshi Yamahai Junmai from Tedorigawa, which was also purchased last year. The palate has a firm acidity and a soft umami flavor that is typical of Yamahai.
The lingering aftertaste is mellowed by the acidity, but it finishes well.
It is a recommended bottle for those who like Yamahai.
