I met this sake by chance at an izakaya (Japanese style pub) in Hirosaki City, Aomori Prefecture, on my way across Tohoku last year.
I realized later that it is a very rare sake which is matured and stored at a low temperature for one year, and then shipped when the taste has settled down, the corners have been removed, and it has become round.
It is one of the brands I would like to drink again.
