Nabeshima NEW MOON Shiboritate Namaishu Junmai Ginjo
Nabeshima is a very popular and hard-to-find sake. I bought it because it happened to be in stock. It has a fresh aroma and a slight effervescence. The sweetness is low and the deliciousness of the rice comes through with a bang. It has a bitter aftertaste. It is better to drink it with a meal than to drink it by itself. It seems to go well with nabe (hot pot). However, it is not so easy to obtain, so I am not sure if I want it that much. I would buy it if I could find it. I saw a purple label Yamadanishiki Junmai Ginjo on sale, so I will buy it if it is available next time I go there.
