The top aroma is slightly honey-like. When you drink it, it has a sweet taste with a dry aftertaste. The taste is rather dry. It has a slightly heavy and wet taste. The overt aroma has a classical flavor. The label on the back of the bottle says it is recommended to be served lukewarm, so I tried it. The aroma was that of junmai (pure rice) with a slight sourness that gave it a mild and relaxing flavor. It can be served either lukewarm or cold, and is perfect as a mid-meal drink. Similar to Nishinomon or Tedorigawa? It went well with thick fries and pork cutlets. 3 days later, it became sweeter. This may be one of the best tasting sake if you let it sit after opening the bottle. It went well with stewed Hokke and chicken wings. It also matched well with Nerunerunerune, a freshly picked strawberry flavor.
