Gary LeongI am a regular drinker of Kitaya Junmai Daiginjo but I decided try this highly proclaimed Junmai Ginjo series this evening. It lived up to its reputation as one of the top breweries in Fukuoka. The fruity notes is just nice coupled with a crisp and smooth finishing which is quite rare for a Junmai Ginjo sake. Totally fell in love with this Junmai Ginjo series from Kitaya brewery. It just lived up my Wednesday evening upon discovered such a hidden gem. Loved it!!!
