Relatively mild aroma
Citrusy acidity with a slight banana or apple-like ginjo aroma
The taste has citrus acidity, but the main flavor is a full yet clear umami.
Compared to the L-TYPE, the sweetness is quite moderate, and the balance is relatively dry, or a bit like a flax cat.
It is not too sweet and has a good umami, but it is not as complex as the previous G-TYPE and has a beautiful mouthfeel.
Personally, I think it's the best of the Shin Takatsukichijo lineup.
