Junmai Ginjo 🍶 Sanjyu-go Bottle Enclosure ✨
Aroma of rice 🌾. A little creamy 🥛, smooth. At 50 degrees, it's a bit short and the acidity is too pronounced. 55 degrees is very good 👍good balance and umami. It is also good warmed and cooled. I paired it with sea bass and inada sashimi 🐟😋.
