(I can hardly tell the difference as I don't have a good taste buds.
First impression: gorgeously fruity!
The mouthfeel is sweet and sour like berries, which is typical of Niimasa.
A little woodiness or umami and bitterness in the aftertaste.
I think the S is a little more umami than the S.
If anything, I prefer the S, or is the S enough?
