Shiroro Taruzu, SPLENDIDA, which I drank before, was very good, and this is a fire-aged version of it. Personally, I often like the taste of sake made with Snow Goddess, and I have high expectations for this one.
The aroma is nice, but I don't think the acidity is that strong when you drink it. It just has a sweet and fruity taste. It tastes a little like drinking yogurt, and it's like a refreshing version of that.
The lady at the liquor store told me that "Snow Goddess sake is elegant, noble, and delicious," and we had a great conversation. It is not too sour and not tropical fruit-like and gorgeous, but I think many people like it. It is very delicious.
