This sake was served with the concept of wishing for a peaceful New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, but we are long past the New Year.
Hashu Homare, which was developed at the brewery of Jyushiyo, is used for the first time in Kangiku. It seems to have been brewed through trial and error. The taste is clear, as is typical of Kangiku.
The taste is a well-balanced sake with a clear quality typical of Kangiku, fruity aroma, umami, and sweetness. 😋😋.
