I was going to leave after one drink, but I decided to have a drink because the brewer of Naruryu Sake Brewery was there.
The rice used for the sake was Shizukuhime.
It is a limited edition sake.
The yeast used was Ehime's EK7 (the seventh Ehime yeast), and the sake was light, fruity, refreshing, and beautifully balanced.
However, if I drank it with warabimochi, the bitterness would linger in the mouth.
I enjoyed it by itself.
