The original brewery of sake stored in the snow
I was still a minor in 1987 when the first try of snow storage was made at a brewery in my hometown of Ojiya, but I remember that Takai-san started snow storage.
I remember when Takanoi started snow storage. I'm not sure if it's the first time I've ever had it at home 😌.
The effect of storing in snow? I'm not sure,
It's quite nice 👍, with a light, clean, and mellow feel to it.
Many snacks such as boiled egg, dumpling 🥟 soup, cold tofu, etc 😊.
