The only sake I got excited about at New Year's.
Muscat-like aroma and alcohol, not too sweet but deep sweetness and good acidity.
It has a bit of a white wine-like quality to it, so it would be interesting to age it in refrigeration as the label on the back says, but the whole family will be drinking it and it will be gone in no time ... . 🥺.
