The aroma is clear and sweet with a hint of rice, the mouthfeel is sweet and umami, and the finish is sharp and mild.

The dish paired with this was the fourth course item, grilled trout ✨.
The salty taste of the fatty flavor of the trout brought out by the saltiness goes well with the gentle and mild "Kuheiji"!
