Next is sake, the same meat but drunk with yakitori.
The usual "Tomifuku".
It was fairly crowded there, but the counter in the back was empty, so we sat there.
I had plans for the next day at Tomifuku, so I had just one drink again.
I was not familiar with Gifu's sake, so I ordered this brand called Hyakushun.
The label said the alcohol content was 17.5 degrees!
A little too strong?
I was served with a mixture of a little left at the bottom and a mouthful, but I didn't complain and drank it.
Oh, surprisingly, it is not peculiar, and a slightly sweet and gorgeous flavor spreads in the mouth.
I don't mind the high alcohol content.
The flavor and sweetness is as good as that of yakitori sauce.
