Memorandum.
At a sushi restaurant in Yokohama, where I was traveling.
I was shocked when I drank it, so I have a memory of it, but this is a review as it was exchanged on line with a sake-loving colleague at that time.
The aroma was pineapple. It tasted like pineapple and I liked it a lot.
It was quite a culture shock for me and I was hooked 💦.
I really want to drink it again.
