When I opened the bottle, the cork flew open with great force.
However, I did not feel much gas, and the taste was calm and fresh.
It goes well with Japanese food.
We enjoyed it with bonito sashimi, chilled tofu, and eggplant tempura, and it was so delicious that it made us sigh.
