I decided to procure sake at a nearby liquor store (though it is an Aeon). They say "good sake never travels," and I decided to make a local contribution, so I picked some up. I've had it before, but what was it like? I went home and had a glass. It's a delicious junmai sake, even when heated. But as I continued drinking it, I felt it was lacking something. I'm sure I'll buy it again in a few months, wondering what it tasted like. I'm sure I'll buy it again in a few months. Polishing ratio 60
