Terada Honke, a brewery I have been personally pushing lately.
I got Daigo no Shizuku for the first time.
It seems that the alcohol content changes depending on the brewing process, and the one I purchased was 13°C.
The aroma is a good balance of the unique lactic fermentation smell and sourness.
It's definitely not the most popular sake of the moment, but it's delicious.
It is also great when heated!
I love Bodai yeast (mizu-hashiroshi) sake after all.
