The other day, I came across a bottle of Kikuhime Tsurunosato raw sake at Yamada, a sake dealer in the Ikebukuro Seibu department store. I bought a bottle and brought it home.
It has a great flavor and a great feel. As one would expect from a sake brewer.
I don't need to ask what it is about, it is a delicious sake brewed by Kikuhime from high quality Yamadanishiki produced in the special A district of Yoshikawa-cho.
Speaking of Tsuru no Sato, it is the sake that was mentioned in the 54th volume of Mimi Shinbo as being served as a junmai sake at Yuuzan Umihara's Gastronomy Club, and was clearly inspired by Kikuhime.
Today is Antonio Inoki's farewell party at Ryogoku Kokugikan.
In the afternoon, I took time off work and left work to go and offer flowers.
I also went to a flower shop in Shinjuku to get some flowers, and there were many red flowers, just like Mr. Inoki.
