The gasiness is strong from the moment the bottle is opened.
It is a well-balanced sake with a fresh ginjo aroma and a deliciously sour and bitter taste.
The taste and aroma of ori (rice powder) is mixed with a medium body, balanced with a bit of bitterness, and stimulated by a strong gassy sensation. 😋😋😋😋
