I've always wanted to try a bottle of this Shinshu Jo hot tank! I was hoping to join the Shinshu Jizake Hanpukai for this one, but they are accepting a small number of reservations from the general public this year 😳.

I drove 5 hours one way to my favorite liquor store to buy it 💰.
I immediately opened the bottle 🍶 and it tastes great 😊.
Fresh acidity and flavor like green apple at the beginning.
But the aftertaste is complex and unique 🤔.
The atmosphere is similar to Semishigure, but when you drink it, it's something else!
Very tasty and a very unique taste image that gave me a valuable experience 🙇.
