I found a 4 year old bottle of "Matsumoto" at a liquor store. I usually don't buy it (lol). The liquor store owner said it was a great bottle because it had been stored at room temperature for 3 years. I was so interested in the work of Mr. HIDEHIKO MATSUMOTO before he quit that I bought it without a second thought. The aroma was subdued, but there was no hint of old age, and the taste was beautiful with a slight acidity and bitterness. The slight acidity and bitterness are beautifully balanced.
