Junmai-shu ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Polishing ratio 65%, ALC 15%. For a junmai sake, it has a subtle aroma. I thought it was a slightly dry sake with a soft taste and a sharpness in the mouth. Chigasaki Hoshifuji: 2022013
