On the second day of my trip to the Chugoku region, I discovered a new brewery that I had been curious about for some time, Oroku, so I decided to give it a try.
The aroma was complex, with an indescribable scent that could be described as ripe banana, almond, or disinfectant.
In the mouth, it is tangy, dry, stimulating, and a little astringent. However, the lingering aroma is sweet and mellow. This is also a complex flavor that is hard to describe.
It is not my favorite, but I can understand why it is said to be delicious.
