Third one this month at my parents' house, Japanet Takata.
I opened it with all the energy I had after drinking it so much... It's so good when you're drunk.
It has a good balance of umami, bitterness, and acidity with the clean, crisp taste typical of Yamadanishiki, so you can drink it without worry 👍.
I think I prefer Hidahomare which I drank last week because it has more individuality. All of them are still delicious 😆.
It's fun to be able to drink so many different kinds 😆.
