I opened a bottle of the bottle that I had stored in the refrigerator at my parents' house a while ago on the same day. Hwang Suisen is one of my favorite brands, with a distinctive taste, and even though it is 13% alcohol, it is not too much. It is one of my favorite brands and can be easily served with meals. It is made from 20% Yamada-Nishiki (80% suitable rice for sake brewing) and 50% polished rice.

Yes, I tend to buy yellow daffodils when I find them. I just peeked into Hasegawa Sake Shop at Tokyo Station and saw Beni-Kikyo on the shelf.
