It's a gift, but it's been a long time since I've had it. It has been a long time since Manju was brewed with its own yeast. I like it at a cooler temperature than room temperature. It's modest but fragrant, and the sweetness of the rice is evident in the mouth. It has a crisp and clear taste in the mouth. It's as good as it gets. It is said that sake is made by a combination of rice production and farming. The brewers are involved in the production of the rice, and the sake is brewed by carefully polishing Gohyakumangoku, a type of rice suitable for sake production, and using their own yeast. I don't drink it very often. It's certainly a good idea to drink it as a celebratory drink on the day of your wedding. I am a drunkard, so it is a waste of time for me. Nevertheless, I am happy to drink Manju.
