Sake brewed by a mother and daughter in separate tanks.
It seems to be the daughter's version of this sake.
I didn't know that until after I finished it😅.
It was dry as described.
It was better at room temperature than heated 🍶.
I could feel the umami in the dryness,
I could enjoy the dry taste without any pain ✨.
The brewery was completely destroyed by the earthquake 😢.
I will support them by drinking it first.
