Before going back to my parents' house, I stopped by for some ogara-mi. Tenmei from the same brewery is a little more acidic and this one is a little less.
I took it home because I was in the mood for a lifetime of youth ‼️ today.
As with the tasting, the freshness of the new sake and the sweetness from the acidity were well balanced. It has a different flavor from Tenmei and is delicious 😋.
