This is an unfiltered unpasteurized sake that I was finally able to purchase due to the timing of its arrival at the distributor. I thought Hiyuki was not flashy, but this one has an outstanding aroma and a subtle, elegant sweetness that is outstandingly delicious. It is also a great cosmetic sake.
