Dry junmai sake from the "Eihoya" series (a brand based on the concept of combining various types of rice with Tsurunoe Sake Brewery's technology, without being particular about the rice grown in Fukushima Prefecture) bearing the store name. It is an autumn-aged version of the fire-aged sake that is stored in a tank at room temperature and bottled fresh.
