The bottle of Yumemizuho from Noto, which was sold as Shinshu Kamerei at the brewery's direct sales store, was opened.
What's that? It's got a lot of sweetness to it.
The commission-brewed Gohyakumangoku is not quite dry, but it is crisp. In comparison, Yumemizuho is clearly sweeter. Last year, I think it had a bit more bitterness in it.
This is another Shinshu Kamerei that was only available last year, and I was grateful to have it.
